Your order will be delivered by our fulfilment partners, Kammac and Yodel. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email dispatch note, followed by email communications detailing your tracking number. Your order should be delivered to your door within 48 hours of our dispatch notification.

Yodel will make three delivery attempts before returning your order to the local depot. On the rare occasion this should happen, you can contact Yodel direct and collect from their local depot.

You will be able to track your parcel every step of the way with a tracking number provided by email. You will also be able to manage delivery preferences once you’ve received the tracking. For reference, your parcel will not fit through your letter box.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please check over the goods thoroughly. If you believe your delivery is damaged, been tampered with, defective of quality or not the correct item, we will happily offer an exchange or refund. Please do contact us within 24 hours of receipt at

If you order our products by mistake, change your mind, or no longer want them, returns and refunds are accepted at our discretion. There will however be a charge of £3.49 deducted from any subsequent refund amounts.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened.

Most of it yes! We strive to use eco-friendly packaging materials where we can, and make conscientious choices that benefit our planet. The outer White box is 100% recyclable, the outer box that houses our sachets is also 100% recyclable and we are working towards a solution for our sachets, which are not currently recyclable.

No, there is no contract involved. You can skip, edit or cancel your subscription anytime logging into “My Account” on our website. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you will need to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date.

If you are a new subscriber, you will be charged at point of purchase for your first order (£36.99). For the second months’ subscription only, your renewal date of £36.99 will occur on the 25th day after your first order. For month three (and ongoing), you will be charged on a 30-day recurring basis (£38.99), until cancelled.

When you sign up for a subscription, you can benefit from 30% off your first two months (versus RRP), and then 25% ongoing.

If you cancel at lest 24 hours prior to the renewal date, then you will not be charged for the following month. There is also an option to ‘skip’ a month and take a break.

For example, if you subscribe on March 1st 2024, your renewal date (for your second months’ subscription) will be on March 25th. Terms and Conditions for Purearth Kombucha Subscription Service

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription service provided by Purearth Evoultion Ltd (“Provider”) for powdered kombucha (“Products”) purchased through the our direct-to-consumer (“D2C”) website. By subscribing to the service, you (“Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans and Billing

1.1 Subscription Plans: Purearth Evolution Ltd offers a subscription plan for powdered kombucha products on a 30-day recurring basis.

1.2 Billing: Subscribers will be billed according to their chosen subscription plan on a recurring basis (30 days) using the payment method provided during signup.

2. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

2.1 Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Subscriber. The renewal will be billed to the payment method on file unless updated by the Subscriber.

2.2 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the “My Account” facility on our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 Pricing: Subscription prices are as advertised on our website and may be subject to change. Subscribers will be notified of any price changes before their next billing cycle.

3.2 Payment Method: Subscribers must provide valid payment information and authorise recurring payments for their subscription. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 Returns: Due to the nature of the products, returns of opened or used items may not be accepted unless they meet the criteria outlined in our return policy, which can be found on the website.
