Terms of Service — Overview

Welcome to PurearthEvolution! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PurearthEvolution. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Promotional subscription discounts apply only to the initial billing cycles specified by the promotion and will not apply to later renewals unless explicitly stated. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or codes unless clearly permitted.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the interval selected at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your billing details remain accurate and up to date.

You may modify or cancel your subscription using your account portal or by contacting us at hello@purearth.co.uk. Any changes must be made before the next billing date. Subscription orders already processed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans at any time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

• Once we hand the package to the carrier, the risk and title pass to you.
