We’re Upgrading Our Subscription System
We’re making behind-the-scenes improvements to how we manage subscriptions so we can serve you better going forward.
By 25th January 2026, we’ll be moving our subscriptions to a new provider called Loop. The transition will be smooth, and your subscription will continue as normal.
What’s Staying the Same
- Your subscription plan and pricing
- Your delivery schedule
- Your payment method
- No action required from you
What’s Changing
- Where you view your subscription (you will receive a details after the migration)
- Historical delivery data will not carry over to the new system
- All future deliveries will continue as normal
Why We’re Doing This
Loop gives us better tools to manage subscriptions and provide an improved experience for customers going forward.
When This Is Happening
The change will be completed by 25th January 2026, with minimal disruption to service.
