Your order will be delivered by our fulfilment partners, We Are Fulfilment and Amazon Shipping. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email dispatch note, followed by email communications detailing your tracking number. Your order should be delivered to your door within 48 hours of our dispatch notification.

Amazon Shipping will make three delivery attempts before returning your order to the local depot. On the rare occasion this should happen, you can contact Amazon Shipping direct and collect from their local depot.

You will be able to track your parcel every step of the way with a tracking number provided by email. You will also be able to manage delivery preferences once you’ve received the tracking. For reference, your parcel will not fit through your letter box.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please check over the goods thoroughly. If you believe your delivery is damaged, been tampered with, defective of quality or not the correct item, we will happily offer an exchange or refund. Please do contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@purearth.co.uk.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived and you have checked the corresponding tracking details (which we sent via email), please do get in touch at hello@purearth.co.uk. Don’t worry, we will happily assist.

If you order our products by mistake, change your mind, or no longer want them, returns and refunds are accepted at our discretion. There will however be a charge of £3.49 deducted from any subsequent refund amounts.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened.

Most of it yes! We strive to use eco-friendly packaging materials where we can, and make conscientious choices that benefit our planet. The outer White box is 100% recyclable, the outer box that houses our sachets is also 100% recyclable and we are working towards a solution for our sachets, which are not currently recyclable.

Unfortunately not at the moment, but we are working towards scaling to new markets as we speak, and will therefore communicate which territories we can deliver to in due course.
