We ship products in line with your order or subscription plan and the shipping preferences selected at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping to mainland UK is currently free of charge.
For shipping outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations, please contact us at hello@purearth.co.uk for availability and a shipping quote.

We reserve the right to update shipping availability or fees at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier performance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays, Missing Parcels & Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details provided in your dispatch email.

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will always work with you to resolve delivery issues wherever possible.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been handed to the courier.

Damaged Deliveries

If your delivery arrives damaged, tampered with, or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@purearth.co.uk.
Please provide photos where possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
