Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

We may offer subscription options for certain products. Subscription plans may include introductory or time-limited promotional pricing. For example, new subscribers may receive 30% off their first two months, after which the subscription will renew at the standard price unless otherwise stated.

Promotional subscription discounts apply only to the initial billing cycles specified by the promotion and will not apply to later renewals unless explicitly stated. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or codes unless clearly permitted.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the interval selected at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your billing details remain accurate and up to date.

You may modify or cancel your subscription using your account portal or by contacting us at hello@purearth.co.uk. Any changes must be made before the next billing date. Subscription orders already processed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans at any time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable laws.

 
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
