Made with fresh grapefruit, sparkling water and our Gut Grapefruit Kombucha, it's become our go-to drink this summer. The kind of drink that's just as good at a summer BBQ as it is on a random Tuesday afternoon.
Here's how to make it.
Ingredients
- 1 sachet Purearth Gut Grapefruit Kombucha
- 50ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- Juice of ½ lime
- 150-200ml sparkling water
- Plenty of ice
- Fresh grapefruit slices
- Rosemary or mint to garnish (optional)
Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the fresh grapefruit juice and lime juice.
- Pour in one sachet of Purearth Gut Grapefruit Kombucha and stir until dissolved.
- Top with chilled sparkling water - (pour slowly as it can get foamy).
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary or fresh mint.
Enjoy.
