About Kombucha

Our Kombucha’s are made by using a traditional fermentation process, where sweet tea undergoes fermentation by friendly bacteria and yeast (the scoby), utilising any sugar into a potent blend of lactic acid, probiotic strains and antioxidants, which is carefully brewed to perfection.

The magic unfolds through a gentle dehydration and spray-drying process, extracting the liquid while preserving the nutritional goodness. This transformation results in a concentrated powder ready to deliver a multitude of health benefits.

We then supercharge our powdered Kombucha by infusing it with high-quality ingredients such as plant-based collagen, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics, aligning each product with specific health goals. Our functional Kombucha is brimming with health-boosting ingredients, effortlessly accessible in sachet format.

Kombucha powder is a convenient and portable form of kombucha, offering many of the same benefits as traditional liquid kombucha, such as supporting gut health. We enhance our powder with additional probiotics, vegan collagen, and essential vitamins to supercharge the drink. However, it is not identical to liquid kombucha. Kombucha powder is perfect for those looking for a quick, easy way to enjoy gut health benefits on the go.

Add the contents of your sachet to 250-300ml of cold water, give it a good stir, and voila! Don’t worry if you notice some sediment; it’s perfectly normal for a fermented drink. We love ours over ice. If you fancy something bubblier, like traditional carbonated kombucha, try adding it to sparkling water, but keep in mind those bubbles, as it will get frothy when you first pour.

Absolutely! Incorporating kombucha in your daily routine is the optimal path to reap its benefits and savor the goodness! Enjoy as part of a well-balanced diet. Here’s to a healthier, happier you.

Drinking kombucha powder offers a spectrum of general health benefits. It contributes to a balanced gut microbiome, fostering efficient digestion and a strong immune system. It’s rich in antioxidants, helping reduce oxidative stress, boost energy levels, enhance hydration, and even support detoxification. With its low calorie and sugar free content, kombucha powder can aid weight management. It’s a versatile companion for anyone striving for a healthier lifestyle.

We absolutely love liquid kombucha, kefir, and all traditionally fermented foods and drinks. Our kombucha powder is unique, using a kombucha base in powder format with added probiotics, essential vitamins, and vegan collagen. While it offers many of the same health benefits, it’s not identical to liquid kombucha. However, it’s perfect for those who prefer a non-fizzy option or need something more portable and versatile. Our powder provides a convenient way to enjoy gut health benefits wherever you are!
