As a subscriber, you benefit from 30% off versus RRP until you cancel. That’s just £25.89 per month and a saving of £11.11 versus RRP. We recommend drinking one sachet per day, so that’s from just £0.86 per drink!

There’s no contract, you can pause, edit or cancel anytime.

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and details of how to access your account (My Account). Here, you can manage your subscriptions, orders and personal details with ease.

No, there is no contract involved. You can pause, edit or cancel your subscription anytime logging into “My Account” on our website. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you will need to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date.

If you are a new subscriber, you will be charged at point of purchase for your first order (£25.89). For the second months’ subscription only, your renewal date of £25.89 will occur on the 25th day after your first order. For month three (and ongoing), you will be charged on a 30-day recurring basis (£25.89), until cancelled.

When you sign up for a subscription, there is no contract, Pause, edit or cancel anytime with 24 hours notice.

Whilst it will be sad to see you leave us, you can simply log into your account (My Account) and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’. If you cancel at lest 24 hours prior to the renewal date, then you will not be charged for the following month. There is also an option to ‘skip’ a month and take a break.

As a new subscriber, your first subscription renewal will be on the 25th day after you first payment. For example, if you subscribe on March 1st 2024, your renewal date (for your second months’ subscription) will be on March 25th. Your subscription renewal will then be charged on a 30-day recurring basis until cancelled.

Terms and Conditions for Purearth Kombucha Subscription Service

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription service provided by Purearth Evoultion Ltd (“Provider”) for powdered kombucha (“Products”) purchased through the our direct-to-consumer (“D2C”) website. By subscribing to the service, you (“Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans and Billing

1.1 Subscription Plans: Purearth Evolution Ltd offers a subscription plan for powdered kombucha products on a 30-day recurring basis.

1.2 Billing: Subscribers will be billed according to their chosen subscription plan on a recurring basis (30 days) using the payment method provided during signup.

2. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

2.1 Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Subscriber. The renewal will be billed to the payment method on file unless updated by the Subscriber.

2.2 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the “My Account” facility on our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 Pricing: Subscription prices are as advertised on our website and may be subject to change. Subscribers will be notified of any price changes before their next billing cycle.

3.2 Payment Method: Subscribers must provide valid payment information and authorise recurring payments for their subscription. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping: We will ship products according to the subscriber’s subscription plan and shipping preferences. Shipping fees, if any, will be clearly communicated during checkout. Currently, shipping to mainland UK is free of charge. For any other region or territory, please enquire at hello@purearth.co.uk

4.2 Delivery: We aim to deliver products within the specified timeframes, but delivery times may vary depending on the subscriber’s location and other factors beyond our control.

5. Product Quality and Returns

5.1 Quality: We ensure the quality of our powdered kombucha products. If a subscriber receives damaged, defective, or incorrect items, they must contact customer support hello@purearth.co.uk within a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

5.2 Returns: Due to the nature of the products, returns of opened or used items may not be accepted unless they meet the criteria outlined in our return policy, which can be found on the website.

6. Subscriber Responsibilities

6.1 Account Information: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including payment details and shipping addresses.

6.2 Usage: Subscribers agree to use the products in accordance with provided instructions and guidelines. We are not liable for misuse or improper handling of the products.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of changes via email or through the provider’s website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
